The only thing that has been said, officially, in the Diocese of Richmond has been in The Catholic Virginian and, I felt, that was very negative. I agree with Msgr.Lehman that the Extraordinary form of the Mass could be offered regionally, for instance, in Roanoke. If the Bishop were supportive, he could invite the Society of St. Peter to assist and not "tax" our current Priests. People cannot respond, in an informed way, to that about which they do not know. Could that be because the diocesan newsrag has been publishing editorials with the theme "Don't Even Think About It." Plus the state of the clergy in the Diocese of Richmond is so utterly wretched, most people with any modicum of prudence wouldn't bother...because the Richmond clergy would probably profane the Extraordinary Form.Anonymous
